This role is 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit for exempt and non-exempt positions including manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, technical, operational, administrative, and leadership roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, staffing priorities, and organizational objectives.

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to support manufacturing operations, production staffing, engineering talent acquisition, and skilled trades recruiting.
  • Build strong relationships with plant leadership, hiring managers, and HR business partners to support workforce planning and hiring execution.

Corporate Talent Acquisition Initiatives (Approximately 30%)

  • Support corporate recruiting initiatives including employer branding, recruiting analytics, talent pipeline development, and recruiting process improvement.
  • Partner with HR and Marketing teams on digital recruiting strategies, social media recruiting campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and long-term talent acquisition strategies across the organization.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using networking, industry associations, job boards, community partnerships, trade schools, colleges, professional organizations and other current recruiting pipeline that meet business needs.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, recruiting events, manufacturing workforce initiatives, and community outreach programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, staffing partners, and search firms as needed.

Recruiting Operations & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline activity, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes.
  • Analyze recruiting trends and recommend process improvements to enhance candidate experience and recruiting effectiveness.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting systems, workflows, and talent acquisition processes.

Candidate Experience & Hiring Support

  • Ensure a professional, responsive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Conduct behavioral-based interviews and candidate assessments aligned with organizational competencies and hiring standards.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer processes, reference checks, and pre-employment activities.
  • Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers on compensation alignment and offer negotiations.

Qualifications
