Advanced Protection Systems, Inc. is looking for a personable, high-energy Outside Sales Account Manager to be the face of our company. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Active Business Development: Proactively hunt for new opportunities. You aren’t waiting for the phone to ring; you are out in the field making things happen.
• Relationship Stewardship: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partners in the corporate, education, and municipal sectors.
• Consultative Closing: Spend time with clients to understand their needs, then move decisively to propose and secure the contract.
• Customer Advocacy: Ensure our clients feel valued and heard, maintaining a friendly and professional presence at all times.
• Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets with a relentless focus on growth and market expansion.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with our internal teams to ensure the high-level service you sold is delivered exactly as promised.

• Experience: A background in sales, hospitality, or any high-interaction service industry where results mattered.
• Technical Aptitude: Industry experience is not required. If you have the drive and the personality, we will provide the full training and tools you need to become an expert in our solutions.

Licensing: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
