About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that will position the company as the preferred provider of professional services to the medical technology industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a global team of marketing professionals and driving brand awareness, product messaging, and lead generation to support the company's aggressive, profitable growth. This role requires a visionary leader with more than 15 years of experience in senior-level, customer-facing marketing roles within the medical device or professional service industry, and a proven track record of building and leading high-functioning marketing teams. The SVP of Marketing will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and other key stakeholders to ensure that the marketing strategy is in line with the company's vision and objectives, and will be instrumental in accelerating new technologies to market and improving patient outcomes. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with a preference for a graduate degree. The role demands a candidate who can demonstrate a deep understanding of the market requirements across the full concept to commercialization lifecycle within medical technology firms, and the ability to influence diverse audiences with appropriate communication strategies. Experience in building new brands, integrating acquisitions, and a strong ability to work across multiple stakeholders is essential. The SVP of Marketing will also be responsible for managing the global marketing budget, assessing the effectiveness of various tactics, and optimizing resources to meet business goals.
