Where do you fit in? The Assistant Service Delivery Manager (ASDM) keeps the Service Delivery team on a challenging schedule during the growing seasons while gathering information for the potential rehabilitation and/or repair of stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures using Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM). Specific Duties Lead a team of watershed management service technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosion Identify and document stormwater drainage issues needing repair Operate and maintain company equipment, including a pickup truck and trailer Complete maintenance and inspection reports and track crew expenses Coordinate hotel arrangements for the team when overnight travel is required Conduct brief but regular safety trainings Position Requirements Background check and drug test are part of the pre-employment process Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Health Card Ability to maintain insurable status under the company's auto policy Analytical approach to stormwater drainage management Proficiency with mobile technology (iPads, laptops, email, etc.) Willingness to travel and be away from home 4-5 days per week Ability to perform duties in all types of weather conditions to monitor effectiveness of SCMs Position is safety-sensitive and involves operating DOT-regulated vehicles; drug testing program includes marijuana Location: Raleigh, NC Category: Environmental Services Job Type: Full-Time Classification: Non-Exempt Number of Openings: 1 Base Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 / hour On Target Earnings EEO Statement AQUALIS Stormwater Management is strongly committed to providing a work environment free from all forms of harassment, discrimination, and inequality.
