Physical Therapist - Bastrop, TX

We are currently seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Bastrop, TX. This full-time opportunity offers a flexible weekday schedule with no weekend responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret prescriptions and perform initial evaluations
• Establish treatment plans with functional and/or work-related goals
• Progress treatment plans appropriately based on patient needs
• Provide periodic and timely written communication to physicians
• Manage appropriate discharge planning and patient follow-up
• Supervise therapy technicians and PTAs (as per Texas state practice regulations)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, SOAP notes, and required insurance forms
• Attend staff in-services and continuing education courses; share knowledge gained with team

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Texas state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics (Preferred)
• Open to new graduates
