License and Title Clerk - Burlington

The License and Title clerk is an integral part of the License and Title team for the Group working primarily out of our Burlington, MA location along with the Massachusetts Fleet Processing Center during season plus in Chelsea, MA. The License and Title team is responsible for the processing of vehicle registrations and license plates, assist in the Group\’s LP process for all state renewals, process car sales for auctions, wholesale units, referral wholesale, and damaged units along with various other backend processes. This position works closely with the Group\’s Fleet and Remarketing departments as well as Logistics and the rental branches to quickly get our incoming units ready to rent or processing titles to our buyers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly cognizant of the importance of maintaining confidentiality. This is a fast-paced position that requires a person who can multi task and work with many divisions within the Group as well as our contacts at Tulsa Shared Services. The starting rate of pay is $20.67 / hour based on a 40 hour workweek. This positions is located at10 2nd Ave Burlington, MA 01803. We offer a robust Benefits Package including, but not limited to: Paid time off Employee rental car discounts Retirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharing Health Insurance Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Training and development Schedule Available: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Responsibilities Process title requests from remarketing departments, auctions, and daily rental Audit and track location of titles in Title Management System Process transactions at the Massachusetts Fleet Processing Center including cancellation of plates, renewals, as well as new plate requests Work closely with remarketing departments and auctions Compile, track and audit car sale files for damaged & wholesale units Process car sales for auctions, wholesale units, referral wholesale, and damaged units Process cash receipts for payment by checks or wires Assist in weekly title and car sale audits Review and compile remarketing reports Monitor logs and process LP requests for the Group for all 3 states – MA, NH & ME Assist with miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Must have a minimum of 6 months clerical work experience Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years #J-18808-Ljbffr Enterprise Holdings
