Automotive Production Associates – Assembly & Press Operators

Steele, AL | Full-Time | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Looking for a steady, hands-on job in automotive manufacturing? Crucial Link is hiring  Assembly Associates and Press Operators in the Steele area. We have opportunities for people who are new to manufacturing, as well as experienced operators who want to put their skills to work.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble or produce automotive components using production equipment
• Operate automated equipment or stamping presses, depending on your position
• Load, position, and move materials through the production process
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Ability to stand, lift, and work in a busy production environment
• Press, stamping, or industrial machinery experience  preferred for Press Operator positions
• No previous manufacturing experience required for Assembly positions

Pay & Shifts

• $16.52–$17.32 per hour , based on shift; the same pay scale applies to both positions
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities
• Attendance bonuses and overtime opportunities may be available
