The Team: Mattel's Brand Creative team is responsible for building and evolving the Mattel Masterbrand across the globe. We partner across Global Brand Teams, Marketing, Communications, Digital, Experiences, and other teams to create a cohesive and compelling expression of Mattel across internal and external touchpoints. Our work spans global brand campaigns, identity and design systems, partnerships and collaborations, social and digital content, experiential activations, corporate and employee experiences, brand guidelines, and other high-visibility initiatives that shape how consumers, fans, partners, and employees experience Mattel The Opportunity: Mattel's Brand Creative team is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sr.Associate, Project Management to help bring the Mattel Masterbrand to life. Sitting at the center of a growing portfolio of Masterbrand initiatives, this role will help connect Creative, Marketing, Global Brand Teams, internal stakeholders, agencies, production partners, and vendors to keep work moving from brief through final delivery. The ideal candidate understands how great creative work gets made and loves creating the structure that allows teams to do their best work. You'll manage timelines, workflows, budgets, approvals, deliverables, and day-to-day project communication across multiple concurrent initiatives, while helping the team navigate an evolving and fast-paced business. What Your Impact Will Be: Masterbrand Project Management Manage day-to-day project workflows from kickoff through final delivery across Mattel Masterbrand initiatives. Support projects spanning brand identity and design systems, global campaigns, social and digital content, partnerships, experiential activations, events, internal brand initiatives, presentations, toolkits, and brand guidelines. Translate briefs and project needs into clear timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and approval paths. Keep projects moving across multiple stakeholders and workstreams, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and next steps. Help ensure Masterbrand work is delivered at a consistently high level, on time and on budget. Cross-Functional Coordination Partner closely with Brand Creative and Marketing to understand project objectives, priorities, and deliverables. Coordinate across Global Brand Teams and key Mattel functions to support initiatives that bring together the Mattel Masterbrand and its portfolio of iconic brands. Serve as a day-to-day project contact for internal teams, external agencies, freelancers, production partners, and vendors. Help create clarity and accountability across complex projects with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. Maintain clear project status reporting and communicate priorities, timing, risks, and next steps to the broader team. Creative Workflow & Operations Manage project intake and setup within Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status dashboards, and trackers. Coordinate creative reviews and consolidate feedback and approvals throughout the development process. Manage Legal, Standards & Practices, and other required approval workflows. Partner with Account Management, Production, and Operations to ensure teams are appropriately briefed, scoped, and resourced. Help prioritize concurrent Masterbrand initiatives as business needs evolve. Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve communication, and create greater visibility across the team. Budget, Scope & Resourcing Support project budgets, estimates, purchase orders, expenditures, and reconciliation. Track project scope and resource allocation, flagging potential timing, budget, or resourcing issues early. Coordinate with external partners to track deliverables against approved scopes of work. Partner with Account Management and Brand Creative leadership to maintain visibility into project needs and upcoming workload. Masterbrand Assets & Implementation Help coordinate the development and rollout of Mattel Masterbrand guidelines, toolkits, templates, and creative assets across the organization. Manage incoming Masterbrand asset and creative requests from teams across Mattel. Coordinate final asset delivery and ensure approved materials are organized, archived, and accessible to global teams. Partner with Digital Asset Management and other teams to support global distribution and consistent implementation of Masterbrand assets. Help maintain visibility into where and how Masterbrand assets are being activated across the organization What We're Looking For: 4+years of relevant experience in project management, creative operations, marketing, communications, production, or a related field. Experience within an in-house creative team, creative agency, brand team, or similarly fast-paced environment preferred. Strong understanding of creative development and production workflows across multiple channels. Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously. Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar platforms such as Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, Wrike, or Trello. Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus. Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems, file taxonomy, and asset organization is a plus.
