Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold team members accountable. Be genuinely caring and compassionate and visibly demonstrate a desire to understand both guests and team members. Have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to concerns. Clean professional appearance. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred. Previous valet or hospitality leadership experience preferred. Minimum Requirements The Valet Supervisor role requires standing for long periods of time, or entire shifts. Walk and move quickly between the hotel entrance and parking areas. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. Enter and exit various vehicle types repeatedly throughout the shift. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to lead by example while remaining physically active during peak service times. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
