Accountable For Essential Functions & Accountabilities: Scheduling (Proactive Operational Planning) Working Order Cycle Reporting Productions Metrics Communication & Negotiation- Schedule Raw Materials & Inserts Inventory Supplies WIP Management Finished Goods Management Supply Chain Performance Indicators Management and Improvement Agreeing MPS requirements for Manufacturing Printing & Publishing monthly MPS (four weeks before month) Preparing monthly detailed schedule Day to day capacity utilization Supply Chain advice Assuring Compliance with Laws & Regulations Generation of Purchases Requisition Assists In Determining 6-12 months line capacity Capacity Consumption projection (CCU) (1-5 years) Simulating Scenarios to capacity based in management inputs Labor cost (Budget/ Forecasting) Quarterly Forecast Unit RM Usage and Inventory Optimization Unit MRO, Including Spare Parts Inventory Optimization WIP and FG Inventories Targeting $'s Cost Modeling for Process ImprovementNon-Conformance WIP Management Identifying resources availability for Manufacturing Production Line set-up Assuring production goals are achieved for Manufacturing Assuring Readiness of Manufacturing Requirements for the Product Transfer Analyzing schedule vs. capacity Reviewing shortage materials with suppliers Material procurement packaging design Providing Direction & Capabilities to Work Unit Monitoring & Optimizing Unit Performance Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge and understanding of manufacturing flow and logistics Knowledge of MRPII, BPCS Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish Effective leadership Expert user of PC productivity tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Excellent interpersonal skills.
