PRODUCTION WORKER

Monday - Friday

8:00 am - 4:30 pm

$13.00 per hour

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a reliable Production Floater to help manufacture and finish automotive interior replacement parts. You’ll rotate between production areas based on daily needs, making this a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work and variety.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Assemble automotive interior components and replacement parts.
Cut, trim, and finish plastic, fabric, and other materials.
Attach components using clips, screws, adhesives, and hand tools.
Operate equipment such as band saws, punch presses, and granulators after training.
Move between workstations to help keep production on schedule.
Check finished parts for quality and accuracy.
Follow established safety and production procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Comfortable working with hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
Able to learn different production jobs and move between workstations.
Good attention to detail and quality.
Able to follow instructions and work well with a team.
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus.
