What You'll Do Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone. Guide new clients through the enrollment process. Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing client support. Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options. Develop personalized solutions based on each client's needs. Respond promptly to client questions and follow up as needed. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
