Distribution Center Inventory & Customer Support

The Art Source, Inc. is seeking a dependable Distribution Center Inventory & Customer Support team member to be the first point of contact for our online customers and a steady hand on our warehouse floor. You'll acknowledge every order inquiry and route it to the right department, while also keeping inventory accurate through picking, packing, receiving, restocking, and cycle counts.

We will train the right candidate to use practical AI tools for communication, organization, documentation, and process improvement. No AI experience required.

Acknowledge online order inquiries and route them to the correct department.

Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.

Receive and restock incoming inventory.

Perform scheduled cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and flowing smoothly from receiving to shipment.

Good basic computer and email skills.

Comfortable managing an inbox and learning new systems.

Strong attention to detail with counts, orders, and written communication.

Equally comfortable on a keyboard and on the warehouse floor.

Warehouse or customer service experience preferred, not required we'll train the right person.

Shows up ready to go, on time, every time your team can set their watch by you.

This is a steady distribution center role with growth potential for someone dependable, adaptable, and interested in learning practical AI-supported tools over time.

Pay range is $19.00$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

$19$21/hr, DOE - Monthly Performance Bonus - Full-Time, Stable Hours
