Location: Joyalways-129 S Technology Drive, Reidsville, NC 27320

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday (with flexibility as needed for startup operations)

Compensation: From $22-$25hr

As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a skilled Recruiter who can help us attract, hire, and retain top talent across production, maintenance, logistics, and leadership roles. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building hiring processes from the ground up.

Position Overview

The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments within the facility. This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Create and post job descriptions across job boards and recruiting platforms
• Source candidates through online tools, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate onsite interviews
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation
• Support onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination
• Build relationships with local workforce agencies, technical schools, and community partners
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
• Represent the company professionally and positively in all candidate interactions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume hiring
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
