Responsibilities Done For You - take advantage of our support team to eliminate 75% of the tasks normally required of a Buyer\'s Agent to close a transaction. Teamwork - participate in exciting team activities that foster a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging. Coaching/Training - weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging trainings, and Partner Calls where you can share insights and learn from others. Lead Generation - execute our proven PLACE lead generation systems weekly, elevating your lead generation skillset. Open Houses - hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings with our support. Communication - learn and execute proven relationship-building skills to convert conversations into valuable appointments. Script Training - weekly script practice sessions, fostering a supportive learning environment and honing your skills. Consultation - use proven systems and technology to guide buyers through the home buying process with expert care and confidence. Home Selection - identify homes that meet clients\' needs and secure signed buyer agreements to help them find their perfect home. Negotiation - leverage proven scripts and techniques to negotiate offers on behalf of buyers, creating win-win deals that exceed clients\' goals.
