You’ll build a deep understanding of Micron’s technologies while partnering with customers, researchers, and internal teams to identify opportunities and drive innovation. This role offers the chance to influence product direction and translate system-level insights into real-world solutions.Responsibilities:Analyze system architectures using modeling, simulation, and prototyping toolsIdentify system bottlenecks with customers and propose innovative solutionsLead pathfinding for LPDDR-based module architecturesDefine memory features that enhance DRAM performance in AI workloadsMentor junior engineers and architectsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering12+ years of engineering experienceExperience with LPDDR and/or DRAM module architecturesUnderstanding of memory hierarchy, controllers, PHY, and SoC/ASIC designPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of memory subsystems in high-performance computingExperience with TSV, stacked packaging, or 3D packaging technologiesExposure to hardware/software co-optimization or AI frameworksExperience participating in JEDEC or similar industry standards groupsJapanese and English language proficiencyProvide your feedback on BizChatThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$208,000.00 - $364,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
