Senior Business Analyst (Oracle)

Salary: $102,693 - 134,213 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field, or comparable education supported by relevant work experience.
• At least 10 years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise-class applications in medium- to large-sized organizations, including proficiency with support and knowledge-management tools.
• At least 5 years of senior-level business analysis and project management experience, including experience with tools such as MS Office, Jira, and DevOps.
• One or more relevant formal certifications, such as PMP, CCBA, CBAP, CPA, or a certification for a relevant software application.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion ERP, or another large ERP system, including understanding of system architecture.
• Ability to oversee and plan IT system and program management activities with a service-delivery focus and proactive approach, and to build relationships with internal stakeholders and users, external vendors and consultants, and system user communities.
• Oracle Fusion Applications certifications are preferred; examples include certifications in Oracle Cloud Financials, Accounting Hub, Cloud Infrastructure Application Integration, or Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• French language skills are an asset but are not required.

• Lead the day-to-day support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of assigned enterprise systems, such as Oracle Fusion ERP, Amadeus PROPworks, and Concur, including SaaS and on-premises systems; help maintain reliability, operational controls, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate business and technology initiatives throughout delivery, from requirements definition through implementation and continuous improvement, aligning scope, objectives, and deliverables with our IT processes and PMO methods.
• Provide business analysis, application, technical, and operational expertise for assigned systems, serving as the main liaison among business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, analyze requirements and impacts, and recommend priorities for system improvements and initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and competing priorities across initiatives and support requests, communicating clearly and offering recommendations to inform decisions.
• Identify and advance technology-enabled improvements that optimize processes, automate manual work, address operational risks, and enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain long-term system roadmaps, strategies, and application architecture plans with IT leaders and business stakeholders.

The annual salary range is $102,693 to $134,213 for a 37.5-hour work week, tailored to experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
