What You'll Do

• Provide advanced nursing care in the ICU setting for adult patients with critical needs
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Adapt communication and care strategies to diverse patient populations
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document patient information accurately using Epic electronic medical records
• Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans
• Maintain safety standards and infection control protocols

What You Need

• Required:
• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification
• Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
• Certification in clinical specialty areas
