Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in Rehabilitation. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and support recovery processes within the rehabilitation unit.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions and formulate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery.
• Document patient progress accurately in Electronic Medical Records.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and rehabilitation processes.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid MO or compact RN license at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant Rehab experience, including Level 2 competency.
• BLS and CPI certifications are required prior to start.
• Possess at least one recent professional reference.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Cerner EHR system.
• Ability to float across Med/Surg and Telemetry units as needed.
