*Position is Subject to Contract Award

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Owns PRSSO Q2 scope: OMB A-4 and A-94 economic analysis - CBA, CEA, input-output modeling

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master's in Economics required; PhD strongly preferred
10+ years performing federal economic analyses under OMB Circulars A-4 and A-94
Hands-on modeling in IMPLAN, RIMS II, or REMI for input-output analysis
Demonstrated ability to establish analytical baselines, define alternatives, and quantify CBA/CEA outcomes
Published federal Regulatory Impact Analyses, NOAA fishery economic assessments, or comparable public-facing deliverables

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

NOAA data ecosystem familiarity (Digital Coast, fisheries economics, weather-loss data)
Prior NOAA, Commerce, EPA, or USDA past performance on A-4/A-94 work
Peer-reviewed publications in resource/environmental economics
