This role includes opening and closing procedures, managing keys, and assisting with basic store security and compliance with company policies. The Key Holder helps drive sales by engaging customers, providing product recommendations, and maintaining visual standards on the sales floor and stockroom. Day-to-day tasks include processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, restocking merchandise, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. This is a full-time role that requires reliable attendance, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and collaboration with store leadership and team members. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to engage shoppers, address needs, and create a welcoming store environment. Candidates should possess solid Retail Sales and Communication skills to support sales goals, explain promotions, and interact clearly with customers and team members. Candidates should possess good Product Knowledge skills to understand footwear features, sizing, and brand differences and to make effective recommendations. Previous experience in retail, customer-facing roles, or cashiering is beneficial. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and perform basic math for transactions. Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable following opening/closing procedures and store policies.
