If so, we want to hear from you!Project types include higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial building projects.Project Executive Skills:Team ManagementDevelop, establish, and administer procedures and systems pertaining to team management matters.Prepare workload, sales forecasts and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions.Provide workload forecasting as new projects are secured and provide progress analysis regarding prospective unsecured projects.Client Liaison/CommunicationRepresent company at meetings with project clients and other project stakeholders as required.Mentor staff in all phases of design process and make recommendations to HR on training requirements.Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.Project Executive Qualifications:10+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing construction Project Management experienceSales and Estimating experience.Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staffCommunication and coaching skillsDemonstrated leadership abilities.Project budgeting skillsAble to promptly resolve team management problems.Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without restrictionsTo be considered for this HVAC and Plumbing Project Executive position, please send resume to View email address on click.appcast.io for more information on this or any other positions you may be interested.
