• Dates/Coverage Needed: ASAC and ongoing

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x8 hour shifts
\n
• Case Mix: General surgery, ortho, total joints, urology, podiatry, endo, lungs, blocks, healthy peds (ENT), and some eyes. NO hearts, heads, OB, or trauma. Endo performed in non-OR location, close to main OR.
\n
• Medical Supervision: Yes
\n
• 3 physicians/12.4 APCs
\n
• 9,000 cases/year
\n
• 7 ORs, 2 GI labs (No OB)
\n
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
\n
