Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sewer to join our team in Muskego, WI. In this role, you will play a vital part in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities- Operate sewing machines to create high-quality products according to specifications.
- Read and interpret patterns and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction.
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain sewing equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in sewing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a sewer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sewing techniques and materials.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
