Guaranteed hours: 32
Shift: Day shift, Monday–Friday; typically 40 hours per week, with a very small chance of requiring call
Setting: Critical Access Hospital; travel temporary assignment

Responsibilities
- Provide intraoperative nursing care as the OR Circulator for orthopedic, endoscopy, and general surgery cases.
- Maintain sterile technique, assist with instrument handling, and manage counts (sponge/needle) throughout procedures.
- Monitor patient status, help with positioning, and collaborate with the surgical team, anesthesia, and scrub staff to ensure patient safety.
- Prepare and stage equipment, maintain an orderly OR environment, and document perioperative care and patient responses.
- Participate in post-anesthesia handoff, discharge planning support, and ensure safe transfer of the patient to the recovery area.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Colorado
- Strong orthopedic operating room experience
- BLS certification required
- Ability to work Monday–Friday days; typical 40-hour schedule; occasional call may be required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Ability to function effectively in a critical access hospital OR setting
