2nd Shift Supervisor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 11:00pm)

• Supervise and support a team of production employees during 2nd shift operations
• Coordinate workflow to ensure production schedules and targets are met
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards
• Train and coach team members on processes, safety, and performance expectations
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with daily reporting, attendance tracking, and shift documentation

2nd Shift Supervisor Qualifications:

• Previous lead, supervisor, or team lead experience in manufacturing
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with production processes and quality standards
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support production needs
