About the Role:
As our HVAC Service Manager, you will be at the heart of daily operations , guiding our technicians, strengthening performance, elevating customer experiences, and building a service department that runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll work closely with leadership to drive results while shaping a positive, professional, and high-performing culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting a team of HVAC service technicians
- Managing schedules and job flow using ServiceTitan
- Driving accountability, efficiency, and service excellence
- Ensuring top-tier safety standards and quality control
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team
- Supporting pricing, parts management, and warranty execution
- Partnering with sales and install teams to maximize success
