CAT Scale Company is hiring an innovative and goal-oriented Scale Technician to join our team. Travel both in the United States and Canada, installing and opening new truck scales in our 2,300+ CAT Scale network! Our Scale Technicians are on the road for an average of 1 week a month, installing a brand-new, state-of-the-art CAT Scale. For the other 3 weeks, you'll work in Walcott, Iowa, at CAT Scale Headquarters. This role is 75% customer service in the office, on the phone at our help desk.

Requirements
Excellent customer service, technical, and computer skills
Construction/electrical experience is a plus.
Previous electronic troubleshooting experience
Able to perform with limited supervision
Computer networking skills are a plus!
Ability to provide own set of tools
