Senior Conflicts Analyst | Global Law Firm | Hybrid/Remote | $95K-$115K

We're partnering with a prestigious global law firm to identify an experienced Senior Conflicts Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity for a conflicts professional looking to grow their career within a large, sophisticated conflicts department. You'll join a collaborative team of 50+ conflicts professionals, with strong opportunities for professional development and advancement.

What you'll do:

• Prepare, review, and analyze complex conflicts reports for new business matters and incoming attorneys
• Conduct corporate research using internal and external databases to identify potential conflicts
• Work directly with attorneys, Conflicts leadership, and the Office of the General Counsel to resolve conflicts-related questions
• Review and maintain conflicts data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Support special projects involving lateral hires, client intake, and ethics-related matters
• Assist with training and mentoring junior team members
• Manage high-priority requests and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a legal or professional services environment, with substantive conflicts experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of legal conflicts research, analysis, and reporting
• Experience with Intapp Open or similar conflicts databases preferred
• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and other legal professionals
• Flexibility for occasional overtime as needed
