Part-Time Housekeeper Needed - Upper East Side & SoHo, NYC
A private family office is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeper to support two adult children's residences in New York City. This is a long-term, year-round position offering guaranteed hours and the opportunity to work with a family that values loyalty and longevity.

Schedule

Monday through Friday

9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Alternating between two residences:

Upper East Side (one adult resident)

SoHo (two adult residents)
Compensation

$35-$40 per hour, depending on experience

Guaranteed weekly hours

Long-term, stable employment
Responsibilities

Detailed housekeeping and daily upkeep of both apartments

Laundry and garment care

Ironing

Maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout the homes

Ensuring residences are consistently guest-ready and well maintained
Household Details

Both residences are two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments

No pets in either home

Residents are working adults
Candidate Requirements

Prior housekeeping experience in private homes

Strong attention to detail

Excellent laundry and ironing skills

Reliable, professional, and discreet

Seeking a long-term, part-time position

Local to New York City

Verifiable references required

Must be cat-free in their own home due to severe cat allergies within the family

The family has enjoyed a long relationship with their previous housekeeper, who recently retired, and hopes to find another dedicated professional interested in a lasting position.
