TGC Talent has partnered with a respected public accounting firm seeking an experienced Senior Tax Professional to join its growing team. Why Join? Competitive salary ($100K+) Paid overtime or comp time Profit-sharing + 401(k) Health insurance, PTO & paid sick leave Hybrid flexibility (outside busy season) Lifetime 15% commission on new business Partnership track What You'll Do Prepare and review tax returns for C Corps, S Corps, partnerships, and individuals. Lead tax planning and compliance engagements. Advise clients on tax strategies and current tax law. Mentor junior staff and review complex returns. Build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service. What We're Looking For 4-8+ years of public accounting tax experience. Strong experience with business and individual tax returns. Trust and estate tax planning experience a plus. Knowledge of federal tax laws for closely held businesses. CPA preferred.
