Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking dedicated Manufacturing Associates to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be an integral part of the operations team, supporting manufacturing processes and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Location: Lavonia, GA
Pay Range: $18-$20.20/hour
Shift: 1st/3rd Available
12 Hour Shift - 2,2,3 - 6:00-6:00
What's the Job?
- Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner following standard work procedures.
- Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring productivity and safety standards are maintained.
- Perform visual inspections of products to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and safety practices.
- Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.
What's Needed?
- 1-year previous manufacturing experience
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to work location rules and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment during all shifts
