Are you looking for a regional driving career that offers the perfect balance of predictable home time and steady, reliable earnings? We are seeking professional Class A CDL Drivers to join our fleet for a high-priority, regional dry van lane.
This position is designed for drivers who want a consistent weekly routine, great equipment, and a company that protects their time. Say goodbye to driver-fingerprinted freight and unpredictable paychecks—enjoy steady year-round volume and a guaranteed weekend reset at home.
Pay & Benefits- Target Income: Earn a steady $1,100 – $1,400 per week , with a reliable, year-round freight base.
- All-Mile CPM Pay: Get paid standard mileage rates on all miles —both loaded and empty.
- Hourly Protection: Your time is valued with $20/hour Detention and Breakdown Pay.
- Investing in Your Future: Take advantage of an up to $2,000 company 401(k) match.

- Home Weekly: Stay out for 5 to 5.5 days and get home every single week for your reset.
- Quality Resets: Spend a full 34 to 48 hours at home recovering and spending time with family.
- Park at Home: Take the truck home with you during your scheduled home time (where applicable).
- Zero Physical Labor: 100% No-Touch dry van freight.
- Fast Lane Turnarounds: Approximately 70% Drop & Hook to keep your wheels moving and minimize live loading/unloading.
- Premium Equipment: Drive newer, excellently maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Must successfully pass standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screenings.
- SAP OK if Step 6 is complete and driver has some experience with another carrier after completion.
