Make an immediate impact by working with students to promote inclusive educational opportunities. This full-time, contract position near Clinton, TN, calls for dedicated professionals with BCBA or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials to help improve the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for Students with Disabilities (SWD). You'll join a supportive educational setting focused on meaningful change for students and staff.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
- Experience working in a school setting with students with disabilities preferred
- Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication abilities
- Commitment to professional standards, ethics, and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and collaborate with education teams to support the LRE for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct services and support to students with disabilities, ensuring maximum participation in educational settings
- Offer guidance, training, and support to school staff and families to foster positive student outcomes
- Collect data, track progress, and document interventions to inform instructional decisions
