The department of Community Practice at MU Capital Region MedicalCenter is a full-service health care system that encompasses a full-service acute care hospital, the area's most expansive clinicsystem, a state-of-the-art Cancer Program at the Goldschmidt CancerCenter, a hospital-based fitness facility, home health agency and the only hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation center in thecommunity. Minimum Qualifications Master of Science in Nursing degree. Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-stateRN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs mustapply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days. Must be granted a “Document of Recognition” from the Missouri Boardof Nursing. Preferred Qualifications NP: Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compactmulti-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compactstate RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty(30) days. Preparation as a nurse practitioner in either a Master'sprogram or a certificate program. Must be granted a “Document ofRecognition” from the Missouri Board of Nursing.
