The role requires a current, unencumbered active RN license, experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities, and at least six months experience as an MDS Coordinator. Location Aviata at Lakeside Oaks, Dunedin, Florida About the Role As an MDS Coordinator you will oversee and participate in completing the Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS, CAA’s, and Care Plan) per current federal and state regulations, and monitor Medicare and Managed Care residents with the facility team.
