A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring a Weekend Team Lead to support operations across multiple facilities in the Pittsburgh area. What You'll Do As a Weekend Team Lead, you'll help ensure our buildings, employees, and customers receive the support they need to be successful. Responsibilities include: Supporting operations across multiple facilities Leading and assisting janitorial teams as needed Conducting quality inspections and ensuring standards are met Training and coaching team members Providing coverage when staffing needs arise Tracking labor hours and assisting with operational goals Placing weekly supply orders Communicating schedule, policy, and procedural updates Working closely with the Account Manager Identifying opportunities for additional services Helping maintain a positive and productive work environment What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable attendance Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and solve problemsComfortable working in multiple locations and supporting different teams Reliable transportation required Janitorial, facilities, or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required This Position Is Perfect For Someone Who: Wants leadership experience Enjoys helping teams succeed Likes variety and staying active Wants a company that invests in employee growth Is looking for long-term advancement opportunities Join a Company That Invests in Its People At AQFS, we believe great leaders are developed, not just hired.
