Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Prior experience supporting K-12 students with behavioral/physical disabilities strongly preferred
• Proficient in conducting and writing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral services and support to multiple classrooms
• Case management (caseload: 35-40 students, mostly setting 4)
• Complete timely paperwork and documentation according to district/school policy
• Participate in debriefings and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support positive behavior interventions in one educational facility
