As an Outbound Warehouse Shipper, you’ll take picked orders through the final outbound steps: verify the order, pack it safely, create the correct labels and documentation, and make sure it is ready to leave the warehouse. This role is for someone who already understands that shipping is more than putting a label on a box. Accuracy, pace, and judgment all matter.

Even if you have prior shipping experience, you’ll still complete Fringe Sport’s training process and learn how we handle our products, systems, and quality checks before working independently.

Fringe Sport is on a mission to help people get stronger through the Garage Gym Revolution. Our outbound team ships barbells, squat racks, weight plates, and strength equipment to customers across the country. The quality of every shipment directly affects the customer’s experience.

What You’ll Do

• Review picked orders and verify the correct products, SKUs, quantities, and condition before shipment.
• Pack small-parcel and larger outbound orders safely and efficiently.
• Select the appropriate packaging and protect products from damage in transit.
• Generate and apply accurate shipping labels and required documentation.
• Complete outbound transactions correctly in warehouse and shipping systems.
• Stage completed orders in the correct carrier or outbound area.
• Identify and report missing, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders before they leave the warehouse.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked shipping stations.
• Follow established processes, training requirements, carrier rules, and safety standards.
• Support picking and other warehouse tasks when outbound volume requires it.
• Regularly lift and move products weighing 50+ lbs.

• You catch problems before they become customer issues.
• You follow the shipping process consistently, including checks and approvals during training.
• You respond well to coaching and apply feedback to your work.
• You can be trusted to work independently after training.
• You jump back into productive outbound work when you are not actively training or completing a quality check.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior outbound shipping, fulfillment, packing, or warehouse experience.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to learn and consistently follow Fringe Sport’s shipping process.
• Comfort using warehouse, order-management, and carrier shipping systems.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining quality.
• Comfort doing active, physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ lbs.
• A positive response to training, feedback, and quality checks.

Compensation

• $20+ per hour, based on experience and demonstrated capability.
