RN – Labor and Delivery

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in Strongsville, OH. This role requires working in both Labor and Delivery and Postpartum on a rotational basis. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and compassionate care to a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities of the Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery include:

Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments of patients.
Establish and communicate a collaborative plan of care.
Implement and evaluate the plan of care, modifying it as needed.
Complete all documentation according to established standards.
Assess patient readiness for learning and implement individualized education plans.
Participate in department initiatives and provide in-service opportunities.
Provide age-appropriate care for the population served.
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery include:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure by the Ohio State Board of Nursing.
At least 3 years of experience in OB, Postpartum, and/or L&D.
BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required.
