RN – Labor and Delivery

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in Strongsville, OH. This role requires working in both Labor and Delivery and Postpartum on a rotational basis. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and compassionate care to a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities of the Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery include:

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments of patients.
• Establish and communicate a collaborative plan of care.
• Implement and evaluate the plan of care, modifying it as needed.
• Complete all documentation according to established standards.
• Assess patient readiness for learning and implement individualized education plans.
• Participate in department initiatives and provide in-service opportunities.
• Provide age-appropriate care for the population served.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery include:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Ohio State Board of Nursing.
• At least 3 years of experience in OB, Postpartum, and/or L&D.
• BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required.
