Assistant Project Manager/Estimator

Assistant Project Manager/Estimator

The Assistant Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for providing support to the Project Manager in the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical transmission and distribution, high voltage T&D, substation construction and maintenance, and will have 3-7 years of experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in the development of project plans and schedules
Prepare and manage project budgets
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Resolve project issues and conflicts
Prepare project reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
3-7 years of experience in the electrical transmission and distribution industry
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles
Excellent project management and budgeting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
