What You'll Do

• Operate CT scanner and general radiography equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Position patients accurately and communicate procedures clearly to ensure comfort and cooperation.
• Adjust imaging protocols based on patient needs and clinical requirements.
• Maintain high-quality imaging standards and critique images to ensure diagnostic utility.
• Assist radiologists during invasive procedures such as biopsies and drainages.
• Keep thorough records, evaluate image quality, and ensure proper archiving and retrieval.
• Follow patient identification and safety protocols strictly.
• Provide excellent patient care, including explaining procedures and ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and keep up with the latest imaging techniques and standards.

What You Need

• Valid State Radiology Technologist License
• CPR certification (or equivalent)
• Prior experience in radiology or CT preferred but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and patient focus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications relevant to diagnostic imaging
