Counselor

Responsibilities for this position include:- Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
- Provide clinical services to clients in a therapeutic setting including individual assessment and ongoing treatment sessions
- Plans, organizes and facilities all aspects of a client's continuum of care.
- Facilitate case-load groups as needed
- Clinical Documentation within EMR
- Pass pre-employment drug and background screen
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field
- Currently holds CADC/LADC/LCADC or MFT-intern, CPC-intern or LCSW intern license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries
- Passion for working with individuals struggling with substance use and/or co-occurring mental health issues
