• Healthcare Customer Service Specialist

Event details:

• Date: Friday, September 4th, 2026

• Location: Lakeland, FL - onsite

What to expect:

This is an onsite, interview-focused hiring event designed to fast-track qualified candidates through our hiring process. Meet directly with our hiring team in person, participate in an onsite interview during your scheduled time, learn more about GetixHealth and our onsite work environment. Selected candidates may move forward quickly in the hiring process.

What we're looking for:

Strong communication and customer service skills. Healthcare, medical billing, insurance follow-up, collections, or call center experience preferred. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work onsite in Lakeland, FL .

Compensation:

• Healthcare Customer Service Specialist: $16 -$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Additional BONUS opportunity: Customer Service positions may also be eligible for a $500 quarterly bonus based on production and quality performance.
