Job OverviewElective Staffing is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a fast-paced distribution warehouse in Byhalia, MS. We are looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals with recent experience operating Double-Deep Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Walkie Riders.If you're an experienced operator looking for a stable, full-time opportunity, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a Double-Deep Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Rider.Pick, put away, replenish, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.Retrieve product from double-deep rack locations accurately and efficiently.Load and unload trailers while maintaining inventory accuracy.Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to complete transactions.Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.Follow all safety policies, procedures, and productivity standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of recent experience operating:Double-Deep Reach TruckDock StockerWalkie RiderPrevious warehouse or distribution center experience required.Forklift certification preferred.Experience with RF scanners is a plus.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Excellent attendance and reliability.RequirementsMust be able to lift 50–75 lbs.Must pass a forklift skills evaluation.Must pass a background check and drug screen.Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).Reliable transportation required.Why Work With Elective Staffing?Competitive weekly payFull-time opportunityOvertime availableLong-term assignmentImmediate openingsApply today and start your next career with Elective Staffing! #J-18808-Ljbffr
