Call Center Rep
Our client, a leader in the insurance and claims management industry, is seeking a Call Center Rep to join their team. As a Call Center Rep, you will be part of the customer service department supporting inbound claims calls. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Memphis, TN
Pay Range: $13
Shift: First shift 7am-4:30pm, Second shift 4pm-1am
What's the Job?
- Handle inbound calls related to claims processing and customer inquiries
- Provide accurate information and assistance to callers in a professional manner
- Document call details and update customer records appropriately
- Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently
What's Needed?
- Call center experience required
- Update resume reflecting call center experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Drug test (Oral - 6 Panel) and background checks (Enhanced and Criminal - Local)
