Make a difference in the lives of students by bringing your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a collaborative educational community for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite opportunity is located in the beautiful Oakridge area and supports K-12 students across multiple school buildings. The district is seeking a compassionate SLP-CCC to provide direct, in-person services to a caseload described as easy to manage, with primarily low-behavior elementary and high school learners.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid, active SLP state licensure (CCC required)
• Meeting all requirements to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting
• Experience or strong interest in working across a variety of ages, especially elementary and high school populations
• Ability to organize and deliver services onsite (no virtual, hybrid, or teletherapy options)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individualized/group therapy
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success
• Maintaining accurate records and progress reports in accordance with district policies
• Traveling between multiple buildings in the Oakridge school district as needed
• Participating fully in IEP meetings and committees
• Contributing to a positive, supportive environment for students and colleagues
