As part of the commercial segment of Everforth, we are committed to driving the next wave of global IT services and digital transformation.**JOB DESCRIPTION**Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Lead Consultant with strong consultative skills to act as a Technical Program Manager Internal Practice Consultant within our Consulting Practice as part of our Everforth Apex Systems Solutions Delivery Organization. This role is best suited for an experienced transformation leader who brings deep experience in SAP migrations, implementations, and enterprise transformation programs. The Senior Lead Consultant will guide complex engagements spanning operating model transformation, technology implementation, project and program governance, risk management, and organizational adoption. This role requires the ability to translate complex transformation objectives into clear strategies and executable roadmaps, establish alignment across business and technology stakeholders, and lead multidisciplinary teams through delivery. An ideal candidate shows a passion for mentoring, communicating clearly, and leverages tact in dealing with all levels of personnel while creating a compelling vision. This role will lead engagements, influence people, leaders, and management that directly interface with and oversee migrations and implementations. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert within Everforth Apex Systems, helping develop internal consulting capabilities and mentoring consultants in their professional growth. The position is accountable for client deliverables, engagement leadership, and contributions to the continued development of the consulting practice.**ON-SITE WORK EXPECTATIONS (US & CANADA)**As a consulting position, the work location for this role varies according to client needs. Accordingly, this is not a remote position. While some assignments may be performed largely remotely, other assignments require fully on-site work, hybrid work, and/or occasional travel.**RESPONSIBLITIES**· Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, industry professionals, technical communities, and internal stakeholders; represent Everforth Apex Systems professionally at industry and client-facing events.· Demonstrate strong technical knowledge, professional consulting capabilities, and collaborative leadership while fostering trust and respect across internal and external teams.· Assess organizational culture, structure, readiness, and impacts; partner with client stakeholders to define a long- term vision, guiding principles, and implementation strategies.· Manage day-to-day engagement delivery, including launch activities, delivery governance, financial and risk management, practice support, and client expectation management in partnership with Solution Sales Executives.· Schedule and facilitate internal business reviews and stakeholder cadences to support delivery quality, alignment, and accountability.· Develop engagement roadmaps and delivery reporting; oversee deliverables to ensure alignment with the Statement of Work and a high standard of client delivery.· Define and track project performance metrics, including OKRs, KPIs, and success measures; create workflows, dashboards, and reports that provide meaningful operational and performance visibility.· Coordinate delivery across workstreams, vendors, implementation partners, functional teams, and business stakeholders.· Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across complex transformation programs, with application of professional consulting, leadership, executive communication, and presentation skills while adapting quickly to changing business needs.· Drive post-implementation optimization, including process stabilization, adoption, performance improvement, and value realization.· Evaluate opportunities to leverage Business Technology Platform capabilities, advanced analytics, AI-enabled automation, digital manufacturing, and supply chain optimization technologies.· Identify automation and reporting opportunities that improve decision-making, reduce manual effort, and strengthen operational visibility.· Own the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with enterprise strategy, scalable operating models, and high-volume manufacturing requirements.· Serve as the transformation lead for SAP S/4HANA Finance, including FICO process design for general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, controlling, and detailed financial reporting.· Lead large-scale transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA roadmap execution, deployment planning, data readiness, and enterprise data strategy.· Identify and enable AI and machine learning use cases, including financial forecasting and intelligent automation, by leveraging SAP AI Core and Everforth AI platforms.· Govern transformation programs through lifecycle strategies, delivery standards, risk oversight, and structured decision frameworks.· Act as a trusted advisor to Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leaders on decisions impacting revenue, cost, inventory, and operational performance.· Lead and mentor internal practice consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence, architectural integrity, and continuous improvement.· Guide SAP deployment activities from blueprinting and design through testing, cutover, hypercare, stabilization, and continuous improvement.· Partner with site and functional leadership to define future-state business processes that support operational excellence and enterprise scalability.· Drive harmonization of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and procurement processes across operations.· Lead functional design and decision-making across key SAP process areas, including Materials Management, Production Planning, Warehouse Management/EWM, Quality Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Distribution, and Finance/FICO.· Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions that balance standard capabilities, regulatory requirements, integration needs, and user adoption.· Advocate for standard SAP functionality and minimize unnecessary customization to reduce complexity and support long-term maintainability.· Serve as the primary SAP transformation partner for site operations and functional stakeholders. Support business development activities, sales pursuits, solution development, estimating, scoping, proposal development, and client presentations while identifying opportunities to expand client value and strengthen relationships.· Contribute to consulting practice growth through knowledge sharing, capability development, solution development, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.· Lead global and regional teams of SAP consultants, system integrators, developers, business SMEs, and client stakeholders.· Continuously innovate, identify creative solutions, and create new sources of value by listening to client needs, proactively recommending solutions, and approaching challenges with a consultative, solution-focused mindset.· Anticipate future client needs and collaborate with internal resources to identify opportunities; participate in sales pursuits by providing strategic guidance, estimates, scoping support, and other pre-sales contributions.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s Degree is a plus.· Biopharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated manufacturing experience.· 10+ years of SAP experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, finance, or operations environments, with demonstrated leadership of complex enterprise transformation, migration, or implementation programs.· 5+ years of relevant experience as a Technical Program Manager in a large organization leading large scale SAP transformation, migration, or implementation programs.· Experience delivering at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.· Experience communicating and collaborating with development teams and being the liaison with customers to understand and translate requirements.· Demonstrate professional consulting skills, leadership abilities, and executive-level communication and presentation skills. Show adaptability and flexibility to meet business needs.· Excellent creative, conceptual, storytelling, and analytic thinking skills.
