Overview: The Associate Media Director - Digital acts as a senior strategic leader and digital champion for the Lexus Dealer Association (LDA). In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and tactical execution, translating client objectives into innovative, data-driven digital media plans. You will partner closely with Integrated AMDs and senior account leadership to ensure digital is seamlessly woven into holistic market campaigns. As a team leader, you will mentor Supervisors and Planners, oversee the financial health of your assigned markets, and drive operational excellence. You will also lead high-level client presentations, develop POVs on emerging ad-tech, and cultivate senior-level relationships with key media partners.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development, execution, and quality control of digital media plans across multiple LDA markets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of digital supervisors and planners, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and innovation.
• Act as a senior digital point of escalation for internal teams (Account, Creative, Analytics, Production) and external media partners.
• Oversee the financial health of digital accounts, ensuring accurate budget forecasting, pacing, and reconciliation across your team's assigned markets.
• Champion digital innovation by evaluating emerging media, ad-tech, and data partners, and developing actionable POVs for internal teams and clients.
• Partner closely with Integrated AMDs to ensure digital strategies are seamlessly woven into holistic, cross-channel media plans.
• Lead high-level presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, translating complex digital performance data into clear, strategic narratives.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements for digital campaign execution, ad-ops, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Media Director to manage digital vendor relationships, participating in higher-level negotiations and partnership development.
• Ensure accurate financial accountability and ongoing maintenance of all digital media plans within your purview.
• Inspire and encourage CORE behavior across the digital team, setting the standard for quality and collaboration.
• Travel as needed to support client meetings, agency initiatives, and regional presentations.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree
• 6.5+ years of agency or other media related experience and 1.5 - 2 years working as a Supervisor with cross discipline experience (broadcast, digital, print, OOH)
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MediaOcean (OX), Mediatools/Guideline, Prisma, CMR, IMS and MRI/Simmons
• Experience presenting in person to clients and internal stakeholders
• Confidence in media knowledge
• Clear communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to confidently interact with field staff and clients
• Confident leadership skills – experience managing and mentoring junior team members; must provide proper direction on projects - setting appropriate timelines, prioritizing projects to ensure efficiency of workflow, and reviewing the work for accuracy
• Good time management skills – ability to prioritize projects and meet tight deadlines when needed
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy on both internal and client-facing work

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
