Enterprise Architect

The team is seeking to fill two different roles:

1. CRM and Data Platform experience is preferred, but previous healthcare or payer experience is not needed.

2. Previous healthcare or payer experience is preferred.

• Guide Investments in Change, you will propose innovations and guide investments in our products and services that improve the overall performance of the enterprise.

What you'll do:

• Perform as a trusted advisor to senior IT and Business leadership, providing informed advice and support on overall technology capabilities to enable business and customers.
• Contribute to and influence overall Business and IT strategy and roadmaps.
• Work cross-functionally to understand the lineage between Business goals, Business Strategy, IT Strategy, Architecture (Business, Information, Application, Technology, and Security) and strive to further business goals via the evolution of architectures, practices, patterns, and current to future state.
• Champion architecture best practices with technology teams through the development of reusable tools, formal and informal communication, and educational activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert or education point of contact across multiple domains to guide technology and strategy and communicate enterprise-wide issues to team and stakeholders.
• Compile, deliver, and evangelize end-to-end roadmaps, models, including solution patterns, to drive the evolution of security, infrastructure, processes, products, and services for the entire enterprise.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or 4 years’ experience in information technology.
• 10 years’ experience in IT architecture design and implementation with at least 5 years’ experience in an area of specialty.
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments with knowledge of all components of an enterprise technical architecture.
• Extensive experience integrating applications and services using industry-standard integration practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
